Wonderful breakfast, professional service, helpful staff, prime location, spacious rooms.

All was perfect.

Spent Easter weekend in the heart of the city and had a fantastic time. The location of the hotel is unbeatable- easy access to multiple attractions, shopping, and dining options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us complementary breakfast and room upgrade. The spacious rooms were well-lit and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly in the heat. It was great to have a mini-fridge in the room too!

Although the location and staff were wonderful, the property itself needs some serious maintenance. The rooms and bathrooms were outdated and poorly cleaned.

This made it very convenient for exploring the city and accessing other areas. Additionally, there are plenty of good restaurants and even a PVR cinema nearby, ensuring that guests have plenty of options for dining and entertainment. this hotel provides excellent value for money, with friendly staff, a central location, and a range of amenities that make for a comfortable stay.
